I like your style Mr. Foetus. Those characters look perfectly in the legends style.
I was wondering,are any of those concept characters final or are they just place holders till you decide on the winners? To put it more simply, will you change the characters look based on the winning designs personality?

I completely agree. The characters do have that "something" that makes the Legends series so lovable. You did a great job once again, Mr. Foetus!
I especially like the little girl on the left. So cute, yet mischievous :)

I have one question about the FL Studio, if that's OK.
I'm not sure what exactly I should get out of the list other than the program itself. I could probably buy everything, and ask no questions, but I have no idea what all those plugins are supposed to do, and whether I need that many, um. . . plugins.
Maybe just get the most complete bundle and stick with that? Wouldn't want to buy some stuff that I will end up not using at all.
Thanks again!

One more thing about the project itself.
I find myself enjoying it more and more. I've never been interested in so-called "fan games", but what you're doing here is entirely different.
Everything, from the website design, to the way the Events are handled--It's all incredibly well done, and I'm starting to realize that I want to play this game more than any other game I know about. Well, I'd love to see Legends 3 finally released, but it would appear. . .

It's a shame. Such great potential! I think, not only Tuttle, but any other memorable character of the series could have a game of his/her own. And a successful game at that!

I wrote a lot again, but it couldn't be helped.
This project has become very special to me, and I wanted you to know it.

All of these NPC images are technically "first drafts" and will probably all undergo some revision before the end, however minor. We aren't planning on basing those changes on the entries (after all, with three winners per NPC, personalities should be quite diverse) but there's always the possibility that a great entry could influence such a change.

@Hikari
I thank you for your compliments toward the project and am very glad to hear about your growing fondness for the game. I very much hope we'll have more and more people who start to see TLT in the same light.

This game does have some sort of unexplainable excitement behind it, in a good way. Also as for the contest I already have 3 or 4 favs. Also I noticed some patterns in character personalities. I guess people do stereotype :p

@Loken
Thanks! Very much appreciated. I'm lucky that my main style (or one of them; I tend to alternate, depending on tone) isn't too far away from the Legends style. But I've done what I could to make it as close to Ishikawa's designs as I could--or whoever the original MML designer was, hahah--while giving it a bit of a revamp.

@Hikari
Thanks!
Actually, the plug-ins and such that you see are free things that I downloaded after acquiring FL Studio. A lot of the stuff on the left I got from here. If you want more plug-ins, just search for "free VST/VSTi" or "soundfont/soundfont pack/.sf2". Soundfonts are a lot more realistic-sounding, since they're usually sampled from real instruments. But VSTs can be edited more freely, or they can be added as a filter to another instrument.

Anyway. Glad to hear you guys like my artwork! It makes me feel a lot better, knowing that people think we're going down the right path. I can't wait to see everything fall into place. :D
