Looks like things are moving well to me for such a small team. I'm sorry I can't help out with programming or anything you need like that, busy with my own stuff and I don't use Unity ^_^ though if needed, which I doubt it, general programming practice is no problem.. been programming for years..

anyway.. looks like things are moving well so don't get so bothered but what isn't done and look at everything that IS done

It's never fun for anyone when progress slows to a crawl, but yeah, things have been moving pretty well since the v0.2 demos started.
