Sorry we haven't gotten to the reaverbot judging quite yet. Blyka and I have been extra busy this month with our jobs, in addition to the usual holiday madness and the annual rush to accomplish certain goals by the end of the year. Hopefully we'll have our selections soon. In the meantime, we've added some "new" art to the gallery.

Library Children Squall

Most of these additions are the work of Mr. Foetus, particularly a bunch of his townspeople from the even greater abundance he's given us to work with. He's trying his hand at some ruin environment designs now for a change of pace. Look forward to that, and enjoy the new art!

Lately I've been focusing on various aspects of the game environment. This includes a bit of model creation, texture work, and experimentation with shaders and lighting. I've added two new screens that more or less showcase the results of my efforts.

Like the title says, now you can see the Sturmbots in the Model Gallery! I've included three of them to show a little variety between their gear and expressions.

TLT's talented music composers have been busy cooking up more pieces of what's turning out to be quite an epic soundtrack. We don't plan on releasing every new track on the site as it's made, but we've added a couple of the latest to the Music Tracks page for your listening pleasure!

From Mr. Foetus we have Air Pirates Advance, to be used in the pre-title cut scene (rough idea shown in the beginning of this video). He took what I always considered a fairly dull track and packed in some serious awesome, making for an epic track filled with atmosphere.

From Karimn D.K.I. we have Someplace Classy, to be used for localities like the museum, library and so on. This is a brilliant new arrangement of an old classic that he nailed for us on his first take- see if you can recognize it!

On a side note, Mr. Foetus was also kind enough to send in a great article on his music process like Karimn's recent post, which we'll be putting up in the near future.

Anyway, I hope you enjoy these new tracks and look forward to more from these guys; I know I am.

Hard to believe it's already been over a month since we launched the TLT website on May 5th. Despite a lot of setbacks in our personal lives we've managed to keep progress flowing at a pretty steady rate, so we thought this would be a good time for a video that casually summarizes the progress that's been made so far. In addition to a summarizing the month's progress it also shows some pretty sweet new stuff that we've been working on, so be sure to check it out!

In other news, fAB has done a wonderful job with the Mammoo reaverbot model and a viewer has been added to the Model Gallery.
Also, five new images have been added to the Preview Screens.

So, I guess that's it for the first month. If all goes well there should be even more exciting developments in the second month, so stay tuned for more updates and be sure to submit your Event entry by the 25th!
